Dr Protty works with the charity Calon Hearts UK as part of their clinical team to provide screening for cardiovascular disease to the public.

These screening activities take place in multiple locations across Wales on a regular basis (mostly weekends) and the rest of the UK, providing free screening to participants aged 16-25.

By taking part in this activity, Dr Protty advocates for good cardiovascular health and raises awareness of cardiovascular disease among the public, including preventable conditions that may be detected with a simple screening.
